Last week, the Libyan dialogue in Tunisia hit the deaf rock of the corrupt politicians' greed for power. The continual strange tactics of the UN in Libya since 2011 have failed and the voice of violence rise up again presaging for new fighting ride in the country

By the end of the last September, The UN Support Mission in Libya has already finished its ninth year, while the country is still far away from the point of the political and the security stabilities. This unpredicted extension of the transitional period was occurred due to the deviation of the political track from its original plan which was issued at the end of the revolution against the Gudaffi regime 2011.

According to the original plan “The constitutional declaration”, the new permanent constitution supposed to be written and subjected to the general referendum within 18 months after the death of Mummer Qaddafi on the 23rd Oct 2011.

The general election was supposed to be achieved on the middle of the 2013.

The constitutional declaration was changed in October 2012 under the pressure of regionally militia in the east of the country. As result "The Constituent Assembly of Libya members shall be elected instead of to be appointed by the GNC", and that change delayed the issuing of the permanent constitution for 8 years until today.

The final format of the new constitution project has been achieved early 2015 and waiting to be subjected for the general referendum." The general election could be carried out within several months after the approve of the constitution "as the head of High National Elections Commission  stated early that year.

The previous UN Envoy to Libya Mr. Salama has declared the second UN plan for Libya September 2017. He was preferred to continuing the disincentive political dialogue between "Expired authorities", and to extend the unsuccessful transitional period.

Mr.Salama declaring the UN's plan for Libya 2017. "Failed"

The strangeness of the UN tactics in Libya was evident in the recognition of the Government of national Accord in Tripoli, and in the same time the UN recognized Kalifa Haftar as the leader of the LNA which fought hard to throw the GNA out of Tripoli!

What we're seeing in Libya these days might be last chapter in the conspiracy of the @UN against the Libyans.

These days, the acting UN Secretary General envoy to Libya Stephanie Williams issuing a new copy of 2017 plan for Libya, and repeated the same faults of Mr. Salama.

Security & Political Experts believe that the elongation of the transitional period will generate suitable conditions for more chaos and instability situation.

Many of the Libyan Politicians believed that; Issuing of the new constitution, and carrying out the general election immediately will stop the fighting and ending the political instability within short time.

The quick enforcement of the political stability is the key solution of the crises in Libya. The UN's Security Council could help by approving the result of the election and strongly supporting the new elected government.
